What machine's does this spray tan gun work with ?
This replacement spray tanning gun works with the Ts-20 model tanning machine, and also can be used for the HVLP5008 and TS-50 models. Manufactured by Aura tanning and also wagner aura's sister company. Some companies

What maintenance is required on the spray guns ?
As with all spray tanning guns, we recommend maintenance as follows : -
At the end of each sessions use run warm water through the spray gun (not boiling)
this will clean the internal chambers of the spray gun to stop solution drying and crystalising in turn blocking the nozzle.
Always pour solution back into the container after use as if the solutions are left long term in solution cups, this can cause the flexible pick up straw to expand and become loose. or with guns with fixed plastic solution pick up straws this can cause them to go brittle/crack
solution pick up straws/inner gaskets seals for the cup and the cups are all consumable products on spray guns and it can be expected to replace these from time to time.
Every 1-2 weeks, we would recommend an internal spray gun clean this is carried out by removing the air cap ring from the front of the spray gun, Also the air cap, The plastic washer cover and then the stainless solution Nozzle, Wipe the needle clean and ensure the metal solution nozzle does not have any dried solution present and the output hole is clear of debris. once components are cleaned and dried with warm water (not hot) replace components this will keep your gun in tip top condition.
